Guest guest
Hey Virginia How are you doing? Blessings R Molly Hello Molly! Glad to see you back. When you have time to catch your breath...tell us all about the wedding and your trip. That Righteous Brothers song " Lovin' Feeling " is going through my head for some strange reason. I can only remember a few of the words. Can you recall what they are? I love the rich full sound that their voices produced. ;-) Virginia __________________________________________________________ Luggage? GPS? Comic books? Guest guest
Rashelle, Virginia looked so pretty in her dress and ear rings that I noticed she was wearing when I stopped by to pick up my plants she was taking care of for me. It was such a pleasant surprise that she came out on the porch to visit and be able to enjoy the outdoors! Just wanted to let everyone know I noticed she was wearing jewelry and a new dress. :-) Karma Karma and Rashelle A very heart felt Thank You to both of you. I had attempted to find the place you talked about Rashelle to retrieve the letter myself but it is one of those times when I couldn't recall how to get there from here. I'm so glad you did it for me. Karma, I look forward to hearing The Victory Theory Tapes I've heard so much about. It is very thoughtful and kind of you to loan them to me. Perhaps they will end up on my " list " of my gift wish list that my friends and family ask me to make. They tell me I am really hard to buy for. No space to spare to hang pictures, no space for those table top things to display. Too fat to buy off the rack and not knowing what my wish is for jewelry. Then mostly home bound with no where to wear the jewelry. Good news about the jewelry. I am now wearing it for myself and sometimes even dressing for the day. I recently purchased two dresses and a nightgown. The fabric is really thin but it encourages me to dress in street clothes instead of my night gown for the day. I had given up dressing with all the illness that I have had in the last two years. Even though I am not posting here very much I do read some. Our computer needs someone who knows about how to get them working right to visit this one. For quite a while the ads slowed everything down to a deadly crawl and I was loosing my peace so I quit checking in much. Then it was disconnecting from the server almost every time I clicked on something. It seems to have straightened up for a while and I have been able to read a little more. Now, if I can change my stinkin' thinking and get back to doing my breaths like I used to I might even make some headway. Karma, do you still have the log sheet that you shared with me to record my measurements and weight? If you could copy it for me (or send it to me) and I can get it on my computer I would like you to come over and help me get measurements to start it with. I hesitate to ask you more to do for me as I know you are so busy but I am hoping that if you still have it and can share it with me again I can finally buckle down and get back with the program. If not, it's okay. I am so blessed with all that you've done for me and your sunny attitude. Again, ladies, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. ;-) Virginia __________________________________________________________ Boardwalk for $500? In 2007? Ha! Guest guest
Thanks so much for sharing Blessings R Re: Virginia Dearest Virginia, What a wonderful message. I loved reading that you are doing nice things for yourself like getting dressed up and wearing jewelry. Taking these steps can make a huge difference in what you do with the rest of your day. It is a beautiful expression of caring for yourself and that is the first and most important step to success. Karma is an angel. I have known it from the beginning when I first met her. It is perfect that the two of you have come together. I am thrilled to hear that Karma is loaning you her Victory Theory set. How thoughtful of her. I hope you are inspired by the messages. Guest guest
Well I appreciate all the farming information. At first I felt silly asking about the beans and dust; but now I'm glad that I did ask. As a child; I had a Great Uncle who owned 2 farms; he worked the land on both farms but rented out the home on the 2nd farm for extra income. We did visit them a few times; and what I remember the most and being so much fun was the amount of cats and dogs they had on the farm. One time their Saint Bernards had pups; 13 of them! Oh my goodness; they were soo huge but I was in my glory. I also remember being attacked a lot by Herman; he was the male peacock. He'd come out of no where and snap you in the butt. ; ) They raised Black Anugs; pigs; chickens; etc. So I would make friends with all the animals; I was kinda like Snow White. Loved all the animals. Here is where childhood innocence comes in; dinner time was a HUGE feast. During a conversation at the table they were talking about the certain animal I had given a name the previous visit; and it was now on the dinner table. I would never eat there again. The totally awesome thing about their farm house; it was a historical house and was a depot for the Pony Express days. It was also used as a hide out during one of the olde wars (I don't recall the details as I was quite young; but that home was very old and charming). The home was sooo cool because it had hidden doors everywhere; and hidden passageways; I loved that house. I don't think I've ever been to another farm since then. but I sooo totally respect our farmers and the land. The work is so long and hard and the farmers' truely love it. And I appreciate your time in explaining things to me. Gee, even at my age I can learn something new every day! LOL big Hugs! Wanda
Guest guest
That's the way it seems to go. I'm glad you got in some knitting time. I have been working on a crochet baby blanket for several months now. I have ripped it out so many times...well, I'm on the border now. I still don't like the way that it is laying but don't know what else can be done. I've counted and counted and come up with the right numbers and yet it still ripples on the edges. It doesn't in the photograph.;-( If it doesn't wash and lay better I'll never make it again. Such a pain but oh so pretty (in the picture). ;-)Virginia --- mollynevarez <mollynevarez@...> wrote: > Well wouldnt you know i only got one call today and > it was a > telemarketer lol. Guest guest
I think the polar bear club inductee is Karma. She says she is thinking about donning a wet suit or changing it up another way. The way my bones ache in the morning the thought of being in water, especially cold water does nothing to inspire me for health unless crawling back under the covers and warming up some more fits the bill. lol ;-)Virginia --- mollynevarez <mollynevarez@...> wrote: > Maybe Wanda belongs to the polar bear club and > enjoys those morning > dips in the frozen pond . > Molly : O ) > > __________________________________________________

Guest guest
It's funny Molly that you typed me instead of Karma because I LOVE the winter; I love the cold and it is very cold in the Midwest. The summer is my least favorite season. So I had to giggle when you wrote my name instead of Karma because that is me; and also my favorite animal. : ) Love Wanda > > > > > Maybe Wanda belongs to the polar bear club and > > > enjoys those morning > > > dips in the frozen pond . > > > Molly : O ) > > > > > > > > > > > > __________________________________________________ > >

Guest guest
Hey, Wanda. I like the cold too or maybe I should say cool. High heat is not among my favorite things either. I actually had an uncle who was in his group of Polar Bear Club people. He lived in Chicago and told us that he made sure he was good and drunk before he went. That was no departure from his usual mode of operation. He washed skyscraper windows for a living, played a lot of poker, smoked, drank and other things we won't mention. ;-)Virginia --- winwithlifelift <winwithlifelift@...> wrote: > It's funny Molly that you typed me instead of Karma > because I LOVE > the winter; I love the cold and it is very cold in > the Midwest. Guest guest
Dearest Virginia, I love your new plan. I do the stretch band dvd at my desk at work on break; most of the time while sitting. The glory of all of Rashelle's workouts is we can conform them to fit what we can do. You'd be amazed at how I do the workouts; but it works for me. And Virginia, I don't do New Years Resolutions either. Never really cared for that idea. If I'm going to do something I just do it. I'm also happy you viewed the reflexology dvd again. If you can't get to the feet; use your hands for the reflexology points; also our ears have tons of reflexology points; especially for metabolism; appetite suppression; etc. Taking a nap daily is a great day to help replenish energy and heal your body. You are awesome my friend! You know I'm behind you all the way. Love, Wanda. > > > I hope this year is the best yet for all! I am > > starting my day with LL > > breaths. Anybody else? Guest guest
Dear Rashelle, It's taking me a while to get all the mail read. I had flagged this to respond to you. Thank you for your faith in me...also my other friends who encouraged me as well. I have a question to ask about the reflexology that is specific to me. When I was about 2 I tripped in my nightie and fell against a wood stove. I received 3rd degree burns on my hands and at age 53, almost 54, I still carry the scars from that trip. My question is in relation to the point on the right hand that is between the middle and ring finger about an inch down from where the joint of the fingers are. I have been pressing that spot as it is sore and it has seemed to me to develop and become more sore. I thought maybe it was scar tissue that had risen but I am wondering if it has perhaps more to do with some of my overall health. I have trouble with my breathing...have for years as well as digestion, again for years. Is this the point to massage for those two areas? This is not the case on my left hand. It too has scar tissue although not quite as much. Am I using the pressure point or am I just irritating scar area tissue? I know your not a doctor...and telling without seeing is at best difficult to impossible. Would you share your thoughts on my question? Thank you, ;-) Virginia --- Rashelle Haines <rashelle@...> wrote: > Dear Virginia, > > I love your new plan too. I just love knowing that > you are taking positive steps to improve your > health.
