I think you will find as you record your weight and

measurements that Life Lift does do exactly that. You

loose inches and weight. It is like all other

programs in that if you want consistent weight loss

and inch loss you have to faithfully work the program.

Unlike other programs the limits imposed by size and

disability can be worked around and still have

progress. That is phenomenal.

There are many testimonials on the web site where you

ordered Life Lift Products. If that isn't enough then

stay tuned here and you will hear what is going on in

the lives of those who are on this message board.

Ultimately, if you want to know if it will work for

you, you will have to do it. That is why I said to

record your particulars. I think the proof will make

you a believer. MOST people have quick success with

the program showing inch and weight loss. SOME do

not. Each body is different and some respond quicker

than others but if you are consistent in your efforts

your rewards should be to your liking.
