Your success is very important to me and I know to all of our other faithful LifeLifters too. This is the most amazing group and I feel certain you will love the support and encouragement you will find here. Many of us here started out with Oxycise or Bodyflex and switched over the Lifelift for various reasons; it is gentle, relaxing yet invigorating; healing from within your body as well as assists with inch loss. Lifelift can easily be done anywhere; just a little modification to the breath and we have friends on the list who do it in Church; on airplanes; at work; etc. No matter what your personal preference is with aerobic breathing; know that the most important thing is the healing oxygen you giving your body. You really do heal from within. Once I was graced with finding Lifelift; I have never chosen to go back to the other breathing programs. Lifelift is simple; gentle; healing; the DVDs have beautiful relaxing music with Rashelle and her soothing voice; they bring you to a very relaxed state. They are simply unbelievable. Rashelle is the creator and she has a variety of DVDs to select from. The two with the full instructions are the Original Lifelift DVD or the Family Fitess video called Oxygen Zoo. If you have children or just like to have fun yourself; that is a great video as well. I saw your message on the 'tummy'. Each Lifelift breath works out your tummy section automatically. Please let us know if you have any questions we can answer. Rashelle is on this list as well and when she isn't traveling and creating great new products for her customer's she does join in on our discussions. Take care and Happy New Year! Guest guest
Thank you Rashelle, I did the original video tonight and enjoyed it very much! I have been on a roller coaster this past year with my weight. I started in january at the gym with a trainer 4 times a week for 4months and exchanged fat for muscle but no inch loss or weight loss...weird! I went to a progressive group to check my thyroid and sure enough it was off just enough to cause problems with weight loss. Well here I am a year later on an ok dose of thyroid medication,I still think I need a little more, but I am gonna do the LL and some weightloss products from a swiss company that focuses on keeping the blood sugars level all day so their are no peaks and valleys so the body wont store fat. Hopefully with one meal replacement and two balanced meals,LL and these suppliments and oh yea a gentle cleanse to help with regularity. I feel like this will kickstart me. I have already started LL about 4 days before I start the other so i will be able to tell what is doing what...I cant wait to measure in couple of days. I especially cant wait to do the commuter cd,the time in the car on the way to work is about the only " me " time I get during the day and I really look forward to doing deep breathing on my way to work! This seems like a Fantastic, caring group and I will keep you posted Rashelle Haines <rashelle@...> wrote: Hello Amie, It is so nice to have you here with us. Welcome to LifeLift.
