Hello Wanda and Connie,

Thank you both so much for your helpful and inspiring answers to Amie. I love

reading your comments on the Reflexology DVD because I have a strong belief, as

you both do that the Reflexology is the most important of all of the titles in

the LifeLift series for over all good health, for weight loss and also for

bringing us to a place of peace and serenity. It is my favorite by far and from

what I have heard from others, it appears to be the number one favorite of most

people.

Combining LifeLift breathing with the use of the Reflexology massage is in my

opinion the most healing thing I can do for my body. I love knowing you feel the

same.

Be blessed, be healthy and take good care,

Rashelle

Re: Newbie

Hi Amie,

I am glad I was able to help you out. Actually the Reflexology DVD

is by far my favorite. It takes about 15minutes; and it really

enhances the weight loss when you do it closer to bed time. The

amount of LL breaths is not a lot; so you won't get that energy that

you will get with 40 breaths; instead you'll have just enough to

relax you; and will sleep like a baby.

I can't wait for you to get started!

Take care,

Wanda
