Oh my dear ,

You know me sooo very well. Yup, I'm pushing it as hard as ever.

Will I ever learn? But I promised myself that for the next hour I am

sitting here in the recliner; feet up and have the vibrator and heat

going on the recliner. I have been cleaning; running errands; then

saw my chiropractor to have him check out my back. He doesn't want

to touch the ankle; in case there is a tiny broken bone; and wants to

see me Monday and might order xrays. I know it isn't broken; just

hurts. Actually, every inch of my body hurts today except my nose.

LOL

One time, this skater girl fell so hard backward on the ice that I

had a concussion; whiplash and one broken rib! So in comparison,

this one was nothing!
