Hi Everyone,

Yesterday I did 115 LL breaths working my abs, obliques, and face.

Today I did 100 LL breaths working my abs, obliques, and face. I also did a

Pilates workout for my hips, thighs, and buns.

I am noticing a real difference in my love handles, buns, and upper abs. I'm

looking and feeling a lot tighter.
