Guest guest Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 I have started doing my LL breathing 20 minutes in the AM on my drive to work, in combination before I hit my gym class I do my LL breaths to " warmup " --I notice the breaths help A LOT in my endurance during cycle class and pilates class. AND as far as my " dis-ease " , i can tell such a difference in the inflammation i have been feeling, its gone now. I can tell that LL is really helping my immune system with it as well.
