Hey ,

How are you? It's good to hear from you. How's school?

I don't have an answer about calories burned but Rashelle might have her own

studies that would do comparisons. For instance it night be a comparison of LL

verses bike riding or LL verses jogging, etc. If she has done such a study and

it's on the website or in a newsletter, Wanda will know!

I would say LL is both anaerobic and aerobic. It is most definitely aerobic

as it is the breathing part of any exercise program that creates the aerobic

effect.

It's anaerobic IFand only IF the positions are applied as well because these

tone the muscles.

Part of my BS degree in science included exercise physiology so I feel

comfortable that my answer to you is accurate;-) Great question.

I hope I helped.

Smiles & Hugs,

:-)

Hi ,

I am the worlds worst at math so try me out on this

idea.

There is a value assigned to each calorie and it takes

so many calories to equal a pound. I don't know the

values but have heard them at some time in my past.

If you chart how much weight you are loosing per day

and find how many calories that takes wouldn't that

equal your answer?

Somewhere in there there is also a change because of a

thing called plateau. A time of the body readjusting.

You may be able to estimate from a chart that tells

how many calories it takes to burn so much pounds.

I'm not sure but if you want to know I'm sure it is

out there somewhere.

I have to wonder why your wondering about it. If you

are doing the program and having good results does it

really matter how many calories you use each day?

Just some thoughts.

;-) Virginia
