Guest guest
Lizzy I'm borderline and I focus on my protein Try to have a protein with every carb It does help if runs in your family IF you have any questions you can email me off line God's blessings (BSM Chaplain) Army mom My Week so far Hi Everyone, This has been a crazy week and I've been pretty lazy concerning exercise most of the week. However Thurs. I did 50 LL breaths working my abs, buns, obliques, and face. Today I did 100 LL breaths working my abs, obliques, buns, thighs, and face. I also did a Pilates workout for my hips, thighs and buns. I'm working on eating less carbs. It's not severely low carb, but less than normal and I'm eating more protein. A friend of mine, who has Diabetes, focuses on eating no more than 180 grams of carbs a day and that's what I'm working on. This way of eating has helped her diabetes and has helped her to lose weight. I'm not diabetic but I'm pre-diabetic and my Mom is a diabetic. So pray for me because you know how I am when it comes to eating. :-o Love, Liz __________________________________________________________ Click here for great computer networking solutions! http://thirdpartyoffers.juno.com/TGL2121/fc/Ioyw6i3oHgMPJQYjMdSXrKNiwN3CO5MZxS5I\ V1NSg0iTAKf6skysFl/?count=1234567890
Guest guest
Same for me Liz, I am a diet-controlled diabetic. It runs in my family too and caught up to me when I was 45. My doctor also believes that exercise is critical to helping control blood sugar so you are doing the right things. Guest guest
Hi Liz, My husband is diabetic, and the carbs are what they want him to focus on. I thought it was sweets before he became diabetic 10 years ago. Bad carbs really jack up your blood sugar! Good luck---His Dr. really wants WELL Balanced with very little bad carbs. It's that time and I'm miserable:-o I've eaten a little more than I should have today ... for comfort, that's bad I know. Pray that I do better tomorrow. Things should be more manageable then. Guest guest
Wow, that is really good! Especially the weight on all the leg work. YES those are much more evil the way Cathe does them. But so effective:-) I love using the kb's for deadlifts. A really impressive week so far!! Popular laptop deals plus free shipping!
Guest guest
thanks denise! they have an old school leg press machine that i can do about 225 on. friday i am planning on using the one upstairs friday and see how i do with that one. its a bit different with the angle and all. i sometimes do some pulses with the leg presses as well. its like the ultimate compound exercises hitting alot of muscles in one exercise which is why i picked the exercises for today. a bit of balance and bit of smaller muscles being worked to stabilize, keeping it functional.kassia. Wow, that is really good! Especially the weight on all the leg work. YES those are much more evil the way Cathe does them. But so effective:-) I love using the kb's for deadlifts.
