Guest guest
hello everyone... I am back. i've been unable to get on because of mind fog due to my MS. I also have been struggling with muscle cramping...all over. It causes fatigue and pain. On a good note, Lifelift helps with all of this. I cannot 'flex' a muscle for the lift...other than my middle. But as I do have to stretch on a daily basis to relieve muscle spasms I lifelift through each stretch. It really helps in the reverse too! What can I say? I've been diagnosed with MS for 20 years. Due to greater stress from jobs a few years back, I had to retire. I am on a medication for MS...shots...and it does help. My exacerbations have lessened. I still have MS and have to remind myself to rest and work on NO. 1. My Lifelift 1 year bday is on January 24th...I am so tickled to have made it so far. I have been overweight most of my life and I am still carrying about 30 excess. But, I will never again " stress " my muscles and strength with bone jarring exercise. I dropped two sizes in my chest and one in my hips. Not much weight, but, I do know that as soon as I can get a little more discipline and raise my breaths that will happen. I will be thin for the rest of my life. On another note, I have " equipment " ...maybe I should put all of it on ebay? Then I can get me some new clothes... Oh yeah, my first grandbaby is due March 6th. I am excited and working on one day at a time to get my strength and exacerbation done. I'm your piano playin friend in South Louisiana. Keep me and my daughter in prayer. Here is wishing all of you blessings with your lifelift breaths. Its reflexology for me for a while. Always dear friends,
