Guest guest Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 I didn;t do mine before bed last night --bad me.-so I did it first thing this AM. Then I will do it againg before I go to bed. BUT I noticed I have a lot of energy this AM --I may need to do both. I am going to deduct ALL sugar from my diet--did it yesterday--I CAN do it again today! Anybody got any good sugarless sweets?
