Guest guest
Yayyyyy ! I am soooo proud of you. That is really an achievement to go down in sizes like you did. This must be the week for all of us who have not been consistent, to improve. Just today I figured out how I can make myself do the breaths. All I have to do is integrate them into my " physical " exercise. I either walk on the treadmill or ride the stationary bike for cardio and then I do weights or something on the stability ball and more cardio. Today I put a movie in while I rode and then did some of the others and did 10 breaths while I rested on the ball, then more wts, and another 20 and then later after riding the bike I did my last 10 which made for the minimum of 40. Also I am in a fitness challenge where you just really compete against yourself. I bought an exercise program and have been doing that and you get software where you have all of your info on-line and record your workouts etc. I have decided that if I do the 40 breaths I can count them as a workout. That gives me an extra incentive. :-) There are no prizes just the fun of seeing where you place in number with the other contestants. You take care and keep breathing! Guest guest
Hi Lizzie, I too am fighting and upper resp and major sinus infection. My one ear is making very strange noises it is so infected. I've been doing my LL breaths as I need it to keep up my stamina. The breaths aren't as deep as my usual; but it does feel great. Keep up your great work Liz. We miss your posts here. Love, Wanda > > I'm proud of both of you!!!!!! Breathe, breathe, breathe!!!!! Guest guest
GO YOU! How long did it take you to go from a 13/14 to a 5/6. How often did you do LL and for how long each day? I'm currently a 9/10 and would LOVE to be a 5/6. I just want to know what a realistic goal would be for me. Thanks so much! Guest guest
I believe from March 07 to Feb 08 I went to the 5/6 I'm back up 9/10 now.. it isn't a bad size... i think a 7/8 is better for me though everyone is different though so if you do not lose as much as i did in the time i did, our bodies are different > > > > I am so proud of myself. > > > > I found time to do my LL workout Video #2. > > > > I have not done my workouts in MONTHS and I rarely do just the breaths > > anymore. > > > > I moved in with a family member who smokes so I stopped doing it and I > > rarely do it in the car. > > > > but she is out of town so...
