Hello to all the familiar names and also to a few names that are new to

me at least! Helene, I've enjoyed reading your posts and I have also had

trouble comitting to LL for the long haul. Steph, thanks for your

questions about reflexology. I have the DVD too but again have not

really " gotten it " as far as feeling like I'm doing anything beneficial.

I'll look forward to seeing if anyone has any words of wisdom for us.

Wanda, yes, you are a great cheerleader. :-) I've read all the

messages but haven't posted much because I'm still trying to get those

breaths done but I have set a goal for myself thanks to all the inspiring

people on here. In my fitness challenge (physical stuff) I am in place

124 out of 1300 something people. Some of those people have not done any

workouts yet, but I've been pretty consistant with that. I also have

decided to maintain my wt loss until after Christmas and then begin to

lose again. I figure maintaining within 2 pounds will be a challenge in

itself. My goal for LL is to do at least the 40 a day beginning right

now, breaking them into segments of 10 if need be, as was suggested.

This will be a great way for me to really put LL to the test and see if I

can maintain my numbers until Jan. Now I don't mean I will eat every

cookie in sight! I will continue on my program of healthy eating just

not obsess.

I'm holding at about 12 gone and am going for another 30.
