Guest guest
Thanks for sharing this newsletter. I've been an off and on LL breather. I don't know why, it's just hard for me to stay consistent with things even though LL has done wonderful things for my body. This newsletter was a good reminder for what I need to do for me. Since becoming a wife and mother I seem to put myself last and everyone else first, and even feel guilty if I put myself any higher. LL really makes me feel wonderful and then I have the wonderful benefits of a better digestion, overnight weight loss(my body responds quickly to the breathing) and just plan 'ol feeling sooo good and relaxed like I've just been to a spa. Since I can't afford to go to the spa daily, why not feel like I did by doing my breaths everyday?! I tell ya, the simplest things to do in life are often the things we overlook. But, I do not plan on overlooking my LL breathing anymore. I can't say enough how much I love it! I haven't done it in a few weeks - I just got back from a 2wk vacation in Disney and did no breathing and only did it for about a week or two before leaving. Well, today I decided to put on a pair of jeans I bought in the summer that refused to fasten and I wore them today! How cool is that?! I know it's because of LL, the effects of it are long-term, so I am definitely looking forward to seeing the results on my body if I do it as a part of my daily routine. Sorry for going on and on, but I just feel really happy and motivated! Hope you have a Fabulous Day! > > I thought I would share this great info as many of us restart our > Life Lift program. > > Seeking the right goal by Rashelle > > Seeking the right goal can make a huge difference in what your long > term results will actually be. Guest guest
Your happiness and motivation is making me ready to do some more breathing! Keep up the great work. My Mentor has tried to teach me the importance of putting ourselves first; that way we can be healthy in order to take care of those in our families. That is a hard thing for women to do; but when I remember that and put it into action; things run much better all the way around. I bet you had a blast at Disney! Welcome back and keep the posts coming as you are inspiring lots of readers here. I love when our list is active; this is the best group ever. Guest guest
Wanda, I did have a great time in Disney. Just spending time with my family was the best - there were 16 in all! I will keep posting as much as possible, I don't always get on the computer daily. And thank you for letting me know that my little posts are encouragiing others. Connie, I hope you feel better. The breathing really does help clear up all kinds of congestion - it really helps my asthma. Have a Great Day! Steph
