Thanks for listening. 40 LL breaths one mile walk through the neighborhood some weights I ordered a set of DVD's from the virtual personal trainer from another list I'm on. They were shipped last Wed. and I can't wait to get them. Sounds like exercises I can do. Hope I'm this excited after they come! :-D Today I was reading a book that I bought a long time ago and there is an exercise in there that is a lot like Life Lift. I've done it a couple times today. Only takes a minute and really helps with the posture. Sometime this week I want to watch Rashelle's original DVD to make sure I'm doing the breathing right. One thing I don't understand is when she says to put your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Is that making your tongue into a point or putting it flat against the roof of your mouth? Do any of you do this? Have a good night.
