Hello dear Pat,

I have not been on line much this week,but just saw this and had to say hi and

thanks. I am getting ready to put Sugar as well as several of my other

stories into book form this year and you just made me so much more excited to

get it done.

We have had it on audio tape, but we will putting it on CD soon too. I have

heard from people all over the world who have said they especially love that

story. It always touches my heart to know it touched yours.

I watched Rashelle's Intro to Life Lift DVD today for the first time in

well over a year!! I loved watching it, as I always do, and will

definitely have to make it a practice to watch it and Rashelle's other 5

Life Lift DVDs on a regular basis, and not just talk about doing it, but

actually doing it!!! I love Rashelle's story/poem about Sweet Sugar

, The Snow White Fawn!! It really is a beautiful story/poem, isn't it?

The Snow White Fawn with me each and every time I watch your Intro To

Life Lift DVD!!! It always does have a very wonderful emotional impact

on me, and that's for sure!!!

The best of luck to you with your plans to print that story and all of

your other stories in book form and with your plans to make a CD of

Sugar !! I know that those two projects of yours will most surely

Hi Rashelle and everyone else on this wonderful Life Lift group list,

I watched The Oxygen Zoo today for the first time in I don't know how

long, and enjoyed it so very, very much!! I love to see the cute

animated animals on the side of Rashelle as she does the Life Lift

exercises that she named after her grandchildren!! Tomorrow, I will

most probably watch one of the other of Rashelle's DVDs and the next

week (as I take all of my Saturdays and Sundays off from the internet

and email) I will watch the others!! I think that I will make a habit

of this " Rashelle's DVD watching " each day if I can!! I could never get

enough of Rashelle, and that's for certain.
