Hi ,

Thanks for your reply!! I am so glad that Jake and are doing so

well in the Army. I have heard of Marquette, but don't know much about

it. Is it a military school, or what? Please know that I am thinking

and praying for Jake and all the time, and about and for you and

the rest of your family all of the time, too!!

Please be happy for me that after years of trying to lose weight

unsuccessfully, with the help of Life Lift along with a wonderful yoga

breathing technique that I was fortunate enough to find over a year ago,

I have finally lost more than 17 pounds so far. I am expecting to have

lost all of the 90 pounds that I have to lose within the next 5 years

and to keep them off my body for the rest of my life by doing the same

breathing weight loss programs that I am doing now for the rest of my

life, but on a more limited basis.

Once again, my dear friend, happy, happy, happy, HAPPY birthday!! I

hope and pray that this will be your best year yet!!!

Love always,

Pat

Hi ,

You're so very welcome!! And please know that you and your family will

always have my prayers, thoughts and best wishes!!

_Thank you so much for your cheer leading words regarding my weight loss

success!! Guess what!! I am fitting into clothes that I used to wear

years ago but which had just been hanging in my closet and lying in my

chest of drawers for years because I was just too fat and ungainly to

get into. I was not even able to put the one piece tops over my head

let alone get them down over my fat belly. And now, well, wow!!! So,

thanks a lot for your short sentence about my weight loss of 17+ pounds

and please do pray that it will continue in the manner that it has been

going. I will make every attempt to see that it does!! Pretty soon I

will have to buy a few size M pants, as my size XL and XXL will be

dragging on the floor and will be tripping me up as I walk!! WOW!!!_

Love always,

Pat

Love always,

Pat
