There is no race to run, nothing to catch or reach, just take each moment and love yourself with each and every breath. The healing will come with each positive thought, each healing breath so just let everything negative melt away with the gentleness of each LifeLift breath. Your kind words are a gift to me. You are so precious. Love,Rashelle With my sewing skills I am making POCKETS to wear with the small ice packs for exercising.... I had not considered doing just 10 breaths except...when I started that is ALL I did....It was funny....walking the store, driving the car...there were these 15 to 20 minute times I did lifelift...that is when I realized my body was changing. Now the weight loss...ain't important now...I just want to remain WELL...IT will go down naturally if I just kind of let go the NEED for me to lose. IT happened before. Again, Rashelle, you are a gift...thank you for your support....I am in a good remission with my MS...if I could avoid viruses completely I would be PERFECT.
