I had not considered doing just 10 breaths except...when I started that is ALL I did....It was funny....walking the store, driving the car...there were these 15 to 20 minute times I did lifelift...that is when I realized my body was changing. Now the weight loss...ain't important now...I just want to remain WELL...IT will go down naturally if I just kind of let go the NEED for me to lose. IT happened before. Again, Rashelle, you are a gift...thank you for your support....I am in a good remission with my MS...if I could avoid viruses completely I would be PERFECT.
