Hi Everyone, A big general THANK YOU to all of you who wrote me back via this wonderful Life Lift group with your congrats for my very easy and successful 22 pound weight loss so far. It is easier for me to thank those people who wrote to me THIS way than having to reply to each of your " congrats " messages individually!! I am hoping and praying that by the end of 2012 or the beginning of 2013 I will have lost at least 30 pounds altogether by that time. Please do pray for me that that will happen for me, and thank you all so much in advance for your prayers and best wishes on my " weight loss behalf " !! , I just want to say that I wish all of your sons success in their military careers and safety in all that they are called upon to do!! Much congrats to each of them for the achievements and attainments that they have worked so hard for so far. And, , if I was able to lose 22 pounds in the last year and about 3 months on a permanent basis (Which I will make sure of), I know that you will be able to do the same and more, although it might be harder for you to do it than it is for me because you never seem to be far away from yet another stiff dose of steroids, whereas I have not had to take any steroids at all since 1987, thank God!!! And, , I am so glad that your sweet, wonderful Dad was able to regain his vision that had been lost to him through his stroke!! More power to him in everything he does. And please do give your Mom all of my love and tell her that I will hope and pray that she will be safe in the nursing home that she finds herself living in and that no harm will come to her while she is there!! Sorry that I cannot write to all of you individually today via our group, but I am sure that all of you will understand that I am very busy today and that if I could handle all of your messages individually today, I would. Much love to all of you always, my friends, and, once again, thanks so much for all of your kind congrats about my weight loss so far. Pretty soon I will have the body of a 62 year old 15 year old, if that makes any sense to you!!! Love always, Pat
Guest guest
Thanks, !! I don't have to work at being a sweetie!! I come by it naturally. Same thing for being a great motivator. I just love to encourage people to do MORE than they think they can do and to surprise themselves by seeing that they CAN succeed at whatever they do, whenever they do it, and for however long it takes them to do it!!
