Guest guest Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 Hi Everyone, Well, I just weighed myself early last night and found that I have lost 22 pounds so far since I started combining Life Lift with Kapalbhati yoga breathing back in Feb. of 2011!!! When I started my " new " breathing program, I weighed 210 pounds. Last night, when I got on my scale, I found that I am already down to 188 pounds!!! How is that for me so far??????
