Hi Everyone,

Now I am very embarrassed, and I beg all of you to please forgive me for my

omission in telling you, when I posted my story about my Kapalbhhati yoga

breathing success and recommended it to all of you to do along with your Life

Lift breathing, that Kapalbhhati yoga breathing often causes very severe detox

symptoms, all of which you can find through Google.

I am most sorry that I caused all of this trauma and fear for Terri, and, Terri,

my dear friend, would you in particular, please forgive me??? It hurts me to

think that I hurt you, no matter how inadvertent my action of doing so was!!!

What else can I say, but that I am most heartedly sorry--not only for

what I accidenally did to Terri, but to any others of you, my dear Life

Lift friends and sisters!!!

Love always,

Pat

My dear sweet Pat,

No one is mad at you. We all know you meant well. You have a big heart and it

is just natural for you to want to share with others.

Go get ready to celebrate your wonderful birthday and stop worrying. Terri is

great and she will still be doing her LifeLift and looking and feeling great.

Nothing more for you to do than to go enjoy your upcoming birthday.

Love you,

Rashelle

Dear Pat,

Please don't worry about me...it could just be the flu!  I don't know what it

is, but I'm good! Have a great birthday!

Hi Terri,

Thank you for writing to me and for assuring me that you are all right.

I am so relieved to have heard back from you so soon. And thank you for

your happy birthday wish. I will be 61 on Friday, tomorrow, and I am

looking forward to a wonderful quiet day with my brother.

And I hope that if you do have the flu, it will be over soon and that it

will stay away from you, at least until next flu season, if not for the

rest of your life. Please do make sure that you always do plenty of

Life Lift breathing, as it is so very, very good for you and our

wonderful Life Lift Mom is always rooting for us, egging us on to

success, is always there for us, and always loves to hear from us and

help us if we need her help!!!

Take care of yourself, my dear Terri, and, once again, thanks for

writing to me so soon.

Love always,

Pat

Hi Rashelle,

Thank you so very much for your wonderful vote of confidence in me. I

than God that you understand my altruistic motives and hope that

everyone else on this group understands where I am coming from, too. I

am glad that Terri is still doing her Life Lift, and, I do wish her luck

with it and that she gets down to the weight and size that she wants to

be and stays there for the rest of her life!! That is the same prayer

that I have for everyone in this group!!

I will most certainly have a great birthday tomorrow!! I am really

looking forward to it and to having some good food--maybe even a

CAKE!!! I don't know what my brother is going to buy me and give me

tomorrow yet. We will be going out in about two hours from now to go

shopping, and we will see what I get to eat tomorrow then. I hope that

we will be able to buy me a wonderful sugar coated crumb cake, as that

is the kind of cake I love the best--a nice sugar coated crumb cake!!!

So, Rashelle, and everyone else, I promise all of you that I will not

worry any more and that I will just chalk this whole thing with Terri up

to a very valuable learning experience for me!!!

Love always,

Pat
