Cautions from one of our LifeLifters on the use of kapalbhati yoga

Hello everyone,

 

This morning Terri sent me the message posted below. She wanted me to share it

with all of you in case any of you had taken our dear Pat's suggestion to try

the kapalbhati yoga breathing method combined with your LifeLift routine.

We know that Pat has a generous and giving heart and was just trying to help and

share her experience but

after speaking with Terri we both felt it was important to make you aware that

we at LifeLift don't support or endorse any other kind of breathing other than

LifeLift simply because we are not familiar with them and it is always possible

that even though our sweet Pat had success it is possible that others may find

issues with it.

I've spoke with you many years ago and you were so helpful. I've ordered

products thru the years. I need to order the band workout and bands again, but

I want to order skin and body products but get confused on what to order. 

 

I have one question also related to something I saw posted on the group. One

lady said she finally started.losing weigh using lifelift and adding kapalbhati

yoga to her routine. I tried this but it seems to have brought up some

infection, fever and cough...is this possible is it to harsh just wondering your

thoughts...and any insure on with face and body products to get would be

helpful...
