Guest guest
Hi Liz, Gee, I'm so sorry that you were sick last week, most especially since you had the added stress of your dear brother, Skeeter, having been in the hospital, much sicker than you were!! I hope that you feel better this week. As far as your question about vertigo is concerned, the only time in my life that I remember ever having had it was back 10 years ago when I was going through menopause. That was about 6 years before I had even ever heard of aerobic and/or yoga breathing, so I cannot comment about vertigo as it relates to either type of breathing technique. But, yes, I sure did have more than my share of vertigo over, say, a 3 year period back around 2000 to around 2003 or 2004, around there. The only thing that I can suggest, and that is NOT from personal experience, but just from my gut feeling, is that you should not do any Life Lift breathing until AFTER the vertigo has left you and you are once again on solid ground in terms of your balance. Vertigo, as far as I know, has a lot to do with one's middle ear, so maybe if you could... Well, then, again, I really don't know enough about middle ear infections, etc., to say anything construction, or even accurate. But, oh, yeah, have I ever had vertigo!!! Back with I was going through menopause, I remember that the very extreme dizziness I had was so very, very bad that I could not walk, but could only crawl on the floor from one room to another of my house. I did not go to the hospital, or even have an ambulance called for me to take me to one, as I am mortally afraid of hospitals, as you have probably figured out by now. But, about 6 months after the vertigo started, my brother took me to our doctor, who said that there was really nothing wrong with me which was serious. I was very glad of that, and... Well, yeah, I sure do have experience (although not recent) experience with vertigo!!! However, I have given you all the advice that I could come up with in my very unqualified head!!! Sorry about that!!! Let's see what Rashelle will have to say to you after she reads your message to us and gets back to you with her sage advice!!! It will be interesting for me and for everyone else to see what advice she will have to offer you!!! FEEL BETTER, DEAR!!!! Love always, Pat On 4/4/2012 4:11 PM, lizkins9@... wrote: > > Hi Everyone, Do any of you have problems with vertigo... dizziness? I > occasionally have it. Guest guest
 Hi Liz,  I am so sorry you are having these problems. It sounds awful.  Have you checked with your doctor?  I have only had a problem with vertigo many years ago, before I even started LifeLift so I am not an expert on it. I have never had anyone tell me they have problems with it, but it sounds like this is coming from your sinus area. The phlegm sounds like it is dripping into your throat causing the sore throat and cough. This can create problems with your ears so it would make sense to me that is would cause the vertigo, but I can't say for certain. Because we lived in the Mountains in Lake Tahoe area for a long time my grandson and I both suffered with some serious sinus allergies that caused similar issues, not the vertigo, but the cough and draining sinus so we always used homeopathic Hylands brand Sinus to get relief. It worked wonders. I have found that doing LifeLift actually helped to build our immune systems so I think if you can do some light LifeLift it should actually help you recover faster but only you can tell if it makes you feel better or worse.  Please keep me updated on how you are feeling.  Take good care, Rashelle   On 4/4/2012 4:11 PM, lizkins9@... wrote: > > Hi Everyone, Do any of you have problems with vertigo... dizziness?
