Guest guest Posted April 4, 2012 Report Share Posted April 4, 2012 Hi Everyone, Do any of you have problems with vertigo... dizziness? I occasionally have it. Last week I was sick most of the week with headache, sore throat, coughing and phlegm. I still have remnants of it, but I'm much better. Last night I did quite a few LL breaths for the 1st time, since I've been sick, and after I was finished I noticed the weird sensation in my head that normally comes before the vertigo starts. I think the sniff up with LL breaths when I have drainage or phlegm causes the mucus to go up to my ear canals causing the vertigo. I have allergy problems too which also causes vertigo when they're acting up. Can any of you relate to this? Do you have any suggestions?
