I do 20 Life Lift breaths at a time maybe 4 or 5 times a day by counting 4 breaths on each finger of one of my hands each session, and that works out really well for me!!! I have been doing it that way for years, as 40 Life Lift breaths in one daily session is just too, too much for me at once!!!
