Guest guest Posted March 20, 2012 Report Share Posted March 20, 2012 Hi Everyone, Do any of you do Life Lift squats ONLY without any other exercises while you are doing Life Lift breathing? I have read that doing regular breathing (inhaling while you go down into a squat and exhaling when you come up again from a squat) can really burn a lot of calories. How much better would breathing squats be and how much stronger would the results be in one did Life Lift breathing while squatting up and down to the " tune " of the breathing?
