For some reason when I send from my hotmail address it comes through difficult

New studies have shown that it is ok and may even be beneficial to do Life Lift

shortly after eating a small meal.

The suggestion in the DVD to do it on an empty stomach is no longer considered

necessary.

Eat Meals, Eat Snacks, Lose Weight

Eating small meals or snacks between your main meals can help you lose weight.

Of course it is important to pick the best foods. Snacks are an important part

of your weight loss plan. Eating every few hours can help stabilize your blood

sugar and can keep your body from going into storage mode so snacking is

important, but be wise and use portion control just as you would with your main

meals.

The Journal of the American Diet Association did research that found that having

2 snacks a day along with three main meals, was associated with a lower body

mass index (BMI) and maintenance of weight loss.

Try to limit your snacks to 100 to 200 calories and this is a great opportunity

to include some of the yummy fresh fruit and vegetables that will be in

abundance in stores this time of year. If you eat more during your snack simply

eat fewer calories at your next meal.

If you find that you have eaten too much sodium with a meal be sure to add extra

water to help flush out the sodium to avoid water retention. There are so many

great foods that help reduce water retention so if you feel you have

overindulged in the salt, don’t get upset at yourself, just make a few

adjustments and add a few extra LifeLift breaths and some extra sips of water.

Add lemon to your water to get some extra help.
