is ok and may even be beneficial to do Life Lift shortly after eating a small

meal.The suggestion in the DVD to do it on an empty stomach is no longer

Snacks, Lose Weight Eating small meals or snacks between your main meals can

help you lose weight. Of course it is important to pick the best foods. Snacks

are an important part of your weight loss plan. Eating every few hours can help

stabilize your blood sugar and can keep your body from going into storage mode

so snacking is important, but be wise and use portion control just as you would

with your main meals. The Journal of the American Diet Association did research

that found that having 2 snacks a day along with three main meals, was

associated with a lower body mass index (BMI) and maintenance of weight loss.Try
