Gerontologists are now saying that there are 3 stages of " old " " young old " which is 65-74, " old old " which is 75-84 and " oldest old " which are 85 and over. The writer of the book I'm reading says that the problem with her book is she may just be too young to write it! She is only 70. She reserves the right to revise it when she is 90! :-) The book by the way is The Gift of Years by Joan Chittister. Every year we have is a gift and you are a gift to us.
