I knew I would hear from all of you....thanks.....it does make a difference. 

Well, I do have 10 LL breaths in now...it is almost 5pm here. 

I knew you wouldn't let me down.  God is so so good.  Gratitude...that is where

I was led just in prayer...being thankful for the many many successes of my

life. 

My DR. daughter just called me to tell me we should be so uplifted by our

SUCCESSES with our three girls...all three are college grads, with Gen studying

to be an oncologist.  And our three have good " mates " . 

I am going to finish my LL...

Benefits of OXYGEN TODAY...

    I had a hard night of sleep last night...very restless...granddaughter is

very demanding and wants me right there.  I did several lifelift breaths through

the first hour when I awoke...honestly...I did it as I used to....If you go to

the bathroom....you do 5!  automatically...doesn't take much time at all.  As

often as I need to go...ha ha...well...I can probably get in 40 pretty quick. 

Actually, other than some feeling of wobbliness...I am doing peachy today...I

even forgot about my balance issues as the day went on.  And I did stay on

course with the diet.  PRAISE GOD....

I feel empowered.  What does Oxygen do...it lifts the brain activity...clears

fogginess, and helps with MS SYMPTOMS....I am living proof.

Success for day ONE! of many more day ONES...I believe the past is past...thank

goodness I do have a new moment, a new day to grow tomorrow!

My favorite idea for doing LL:  ASSOCIATE 5 TO 10 BREATHS WITH A REGULAR

ACTIVITY....I CLEAN DISHES 2 TIMES A DAY USUALLY...THAT IS A GOOD OCCASION FOR

10....

This actually means I have more than just 10 breaths today...:)

Hooray for you. I am so happy to see your wonderful follow through and most of

all I am so thrilled to see your gratitude list. I use one each and every day.

It makes a huge impact on how I feel in a day to find all the reasons I have to

be grateful. As many of you have heard me say in the Victory Theory, gratitude

is the great generator. The more you show your gratitude the more you have to be

grateful for.

 

Every LifeLift breath matters, every one makes a difference.

 

Great comment about doing LifeLift every time you go to the bathroom and when

you are doing normal things each day. I do a lot of my LifeLift breaths while I

am typing on the computer and while I am cooking a meal.
