Terri, you are so kind to take the time to write to Pat.

I found some information that I thought may be helpful for those detoxing from

either a food detox or from a workout that is a little to harsh.

It is common when someone does a detox to feel run down, bloated and flu like

symtoms.

There are some things you can do to protect yourself so that you recover sooner:

Add some Essential fatty acids to your diet. Essential fatty acids attract

fat-soluble toxins lodged in cells and help flush them out of the body. If you

do not have enough healthy fats you are much more likely to experience signs of

toxic buildup which can make you feel miserable. Some signs of toxic buildup are

fatigue, headache, bloat, feeling of being run down, flu like symmtoms and even

weight gain and or constipation.

Try taking at least 1Tbs. of flaxseed rich in omega 3 or fish oil along with

your juice or water daily.

Drink extra water to help flush out the toxins and do your gentle, nurturing

LifeLift breaths morning and night to help build your immune system.Be Blessed,

Be Healthy and take good care,

Dear Pat,

Please don't worry about me...it could just be the flu!  I don't know what it

is, but I'm good! Have a great birthday!
