Here are the fattening birthday goodies I got so far!!

Hi Everyone,

Here are the fattening birthday goodies I got so far, thanks to my dear

brother and one of our friends!! I got a big chocolate fudge cake, a

big box of brownies, and two big bags of Wise BBQ potato chips!! Yum

Yum!! So, I will most probably save all of that for tomorrow, my actual

birthday, and this coming weekend, although maybe I will start stuffing

my face with all of this delicious stuff which usually causes weight

gain in most people, as most people do not do Life Lift and all of the

great yoga breathing that I do, all of which cause weight loss and

metabolism boosting!! So, I will not gain any weight from my gustatory

birthday celebration--but, if I do, I will be able to lose it right away

from continuing the wonderful weight loss breathing journey that I am on

and that I will be on for the rest of my life, for sure!!!

What do all of you think of all of the fattening weight loss goodies

that I got so far, and about my determination that I will not gain any

weight from stuffing myself with them?
