Happy Birthday ....I've always admired your " sticktoitiveness " ...don't ya love that word...and i am always praying for your SOLDIERS! , hmmm, you must wonder, what is she coming in for...I find all of you so supportive...and I need that support all the time. I had a bad COUGHING type virus for most of the month of February. It really interupted any lifelift I wanted to do. I had also started 30 minutes on a stationary bike per day. Well, that brings me to today...My lower back is acting up...I can be walking around for a short time until it really starts aching and making me walk kind of wobbly. this is NOT MS...I know this. However, when it does come on, I feel like I do have to pass the symptoms on to the neurologist so he can make note. I will take my back stretching exercises and some lifelift today to help treat the problem. Tomorrow I go to the chiropractor and the neuro. I am already on steroids again. I wish that weren't always the solution, however, I am thankful there is something I can do. And then, on the subject of FOOD! I don't find any satisfaction it what I eat. I feel like I am in a rut. I know what I should eat. I had 3 months plus at the end of the year last year and did so well eating vegetables and lean protein. Now all of a sudden I have some STINKIN thinking in me and for some reason, NOTHING is satisfying. I have about 40 lbs that I could lose. I know I need only work on TODAY...and then TOMORROW's PRESENT. shouldn't think past my NOWS. I just need some encouragement.... you guys inspire me... love always... MARY......
