New studies have shown that it is ok and may even be beneficial to do Life Lift

shortly after eating a small meal.

The suggestion in the video to do it on an empty stomach is no longer considered

necessary.

Oxygen is the key to life. It is also the key to great health and weight loss!

Webster Dictionary –The word aerobic: increasing the efficiency of oxygen

intake by the body.

We see it every day on TV talk shows that relate to health, in magazines and in

more and more books. Research continues to prove that increased oxygen

consumption promotes overall health and increases metabolism resulting in

burning extra fat. Beyond that the benefits are endless.

It is a common misconception is that the only way to increase oxygen consumption

is to pound your body into exhaustion. The opposite is true. The more relaxed

you are the easier it is to release toxins fat and stress. Your body will love

you and it will respond by letting go of the negative. The magic ingredient is

pure and simple..oxygen!

Below is a message from one of our beloved LifeLifters. We thought this may help

many of you who may have the same question:

I was wondering if I could just breathe for 15-20 minutes and get results. That

helps me a lot. I have fibromyalgia and thyroid disease and lifelift is perfect

for me. Thank you. I tried bodyflex and like your approach better.

Twardowski

My answer:

Hello ,

I am so glad to hear you love LifeLift. There are so many benefits to this type

of breathing, the benefits are simply endless.

You can do LifeLift with or without the poses, but remember that any time you

stretch or flex a muscle you are drawing the oxygen to the point of stress to

heal, nurture and tone the muscle in that area, so if you can do some simple

flexing or stretching while you are doing the LifeLift breaths you will get the

most from each breath.

I personally know of several people who have done LifeLift from a wheelchair

with wonderful results. They have experienced stress reduction, weight and inch

loss as well as so many other benefits so the answer is yes you can still get

great results without the positions, but they do add a lot so if you can do them

it is worth it to try.

I would like to post your question and my answer in one of my future newsletters

as well as the web site. We have many LifeLifters with MS, fibromyalgia and

thyroid disease, as well that I feel this may benefit.

Be blessed and take good care,

Rashelle
