Hi Everyone,

I hope that this message is sent to the wonderful Life Lift group

that I love so much and that I am so happy to be a member of. I had

tried to send many messages to the group in the last two years or so,

but none of my messages made its way to my own mailbox. Therefore, I

don't know if any of you ever got them or not. But I don't think any of

you did. Well, this time I entered the group email address into my TO

field a different way, so, hopefully, this time you will all get this

message from me, and so will I!! So, this is actually a test!!

Anyway, I hope that all of you had a great day today and that you did

tons of Life Lift breathing!! Please never forget to do your Life Lift

breathing as many times a day as you can every single day for the rest

of your lives. I cannot tell you how important I think that that advice

is, as I always take that advice myself from myself.
