Hi Movies-

I am cured of the birdmites part. It took about 10 months of Lyme treatment. I

am still treating Lyme disease but the other stuff is all but a memory. You

should pursue an Igenix Lyme Western blot test. Most of us fine we have Lyme

and coinfections making the bugs attracted to us.

Bill,

I first encountered birdmites in the fall of 2008. I believe they have been gone

from my yard and home for a couple of years now. I still deal with internal

fungal issues which may not be related to the mites but probably attracted them

since no one else in my household was bothered by them. I now keep all nesting

birds as far from my house as possible. I never moved, tore up carpet or got rid

of furniture. I did throw out some cardboard boxes of paper and a few

sentimental items that were infested. I think menthol crystals were key for me

and bagging up extra clothes, clutter ect. The crystals work best if the vapor

can penetrate all air space. The most important room to treat is the bedroom so

you can get a good nights sleep and it is easy to close the door while burning

them and air out for a couple of hours before you go to bed. I've also tried

many other things some helpful some not so much. I've stayed with this group in

case I can help others become mite free and to keep up with new ideas and

treatments.

Hi Laurel

Thank you so much for the Menthyol tip do you use it like shan did about 1

teasp per 14X 16 ' room iin a candle scent burner or eletrice warmer potpori pot

& leave the room .

I did this a few times & it seemed to stir them up , I then fogged with a

tri-jet with 1 cup borax & 1 cup epsom salts & 1 cup windex every 3 days each

room for 30 days. This stopped the piercers & bites down 99 percent. I will try

the menthol may be I can stop the last 1 % . Thanks

As for fungus , I remember a poster named Sam on topix scabies forum , he had

norwigian scabies real bad , he had to soak his feet in 1/2 cup borax in a

bucket daily ( I did this 2 time per day for 60 days my proble wam a strange

crawing sendation like a dollar bill moving u my leg it was unnerving . Then

God it died ! ) . Finally Sam was cured form this borax soak & eurax (a deadly

topical pesticide medicine. After all this he went to the Dr. & he told Sam he

had a fungus infection & put him on an antifungul , oral lamisil is what he was

presrcibed .

I can't say for sure about bird mites but my opinion is that people who think

they have these really don't, but have something else. Just my opinion, don't

everyone with bird mites yell at me now.

What cured my eyes, ears, nose was the oral Lamisil. Before I got that what

helped was nasal rinse by NielMed, washing eyes with baby shampoo, and peroxide

on a qtip for my ears. Since my scalp had the yeast/fungus using the Head and

Shoulders Intensive helped my face area. I think it helped reduce fungal spores

falling off my scalp into my face area

they thought they had scabies for a long time. It wasn't. They had the air in

the house tested and it was some kind of household mold or fungus causing them

itching and rashes, but said there was nothing you could see like on the walls

or anything.

As for me I got a fungus after using all the scabies meds. It looked and felt

just like scabies rashes. Topicals helped but I had to take oral lamisil to

clear it all.

So many people here have said they thought it was scabies but turned out to be

something else. Hope everyone here finds out what they have.

Do you have a lighted pocket scope? I had one that was 30x, and where I had an

itchy spot I'd look in my skin with the scope, and could see a small black dot

under the skin. Sometimes I could get it off by wiping it with a paper towel and

alcohol, then I could see it on the towel but under the scope it didn't have any

legs, and didn't move or look like a scabies mite. Sometimes I couldn't get it

out. I thought it was scabies eggs or poop or some kind of other mite but it

wasn't. Some of the black dots I could see with the naked eye just by wiping my

skin with alcohol on a paper towel.

I found a picture online of candida fungus that looked like small black dots.

Since the antifungal meds cured me 100%, where the scabies meds didn't, I can

only assume that the black dots were the fungus.

Now that I've been cured for a year, I've scoped my skin with the pocket scope

and don't see any of the black dots anymore.

Hi, Moviesr12, I finally found what was wrong with me. This fungus is tenacious! Four months of intraconazole did not get rid of it. After 3 weeks on the samento, I have dead fungus and dead black specks (the parasite) coming out of my skin. This fungus is sneaky. You can't see it or touch it. Running your hands over your body, your skin feels normal. But if you take Olive Leaf POWDER (Rosemountainherb.com or Starwestbotanicals.com) and make it muddy in a bowl and then rub it over your skin, you can feel every bit of the fungus. The powder wraps around it and you simply pick it out of your skin. I was spinning my wheels doing that until the samento. Now I am taking dead fungus out and hoping to

have my body clean in a week or two. When you take the samento, do one drop the first day and increase a drop everyday until you get a headache or nauseia. Hold at that dosage and when it finally stops, start increasing again. The goal is 30 drops in the morning and 30 at night. I know the movement I felt was the fungus cause everytime I felt movement, I touched it with the muddy olive leaf powder and found myself pulling fungus off. The mites, the bugs, love this fungus. The dead fungus is coming out of my skin EVERYWHERE like tiny vines of thorns. Now I have to vacuum my car to get rid of the thorns that are falling on the seats. I saw a healer in Florida that insists I don't have to take the samento anymore that I have killed it. After two years of this, I think samento will be my best friend for a while anyway. Just kicking myself that I didn't start taking it

Hi Sally, I am so sorry that this fungus has had such a grip on you. How

horrible. And how did you come across the Samento as a cure? And the Olive

leaf powder. That is fascinating and yet, I have to say, horrifying. I know I

have seen the black specks and black fungus and have prayed and prayed that it

was not coming out of my skin. I just have hoped that it was on my skin and

then falling off. But I know that it has gotten under my skin. I have found

evidence of it attaching and burrowing into my skin. Now I am horrifying

myself. I have used needles at times to dig it out from under my skin. This

mostly happened when I was cleaning up my counters and things and wasn't wearing

gloves. Now when I clean up where the fungus might be, I make sure to wear

gloves and use vicks in my nose and around my mouth.

Yes, I hate to sound like a harbinger of bad news, but I am truly convinced that

this fungus is becoming a scarier and scarier possibility and people just aren't

aware of it.

I just moved my daughter and her new husband to a new place because they were

always sick. My daughter was having bloody noses and even saw blue threads

coming out of her nose. I found this black moldy stuff on the window sills. I

was so terrified for her, especially now that she is pregnant. But they seem to

be pretty healthy now that they have moved.

I think we may be just seeing the tip of the iceberg here. I sure hope I can

muster the energy to really search out some answers and get some public

awareness going.

Terry, Keep a watchful eye on your daughter and her husband. Try the olive leaf powder, just add water, and check your skin. If daughter or husband have an itch, have them do the same. It can be removed in a split second. Better to get it early before it spreads. Guess some must be the pioneers and I guess that's those of us fighting and learning through the fight now. Makes so much sense and fills in so many holes and questions. Sally,Your message gives me hope. I've had PCOs tell me before that they can fix this problem (which obviously didn't turn out to be true). But reading about a protocol that *actually* worked for one or more people carries much more weight. Thanks for sharing. I do have a few questions for you...1) I'd love to believe that what I feel could be fungus, but I must admit that it seems far-fetched to me. What I feel can generally be described as 1) "skin crawling," and 2) sharp biting / pin pricks. I feel it much more in certain places (my car, bathrooms, etc.), too. Is this consistent with your experience? 2) Do you (or does anyone) know how fast mites *can* travel, I've often wondered this. And how about the fungus?3) Any idea whether Lysol has any residual benefits? I just finished thoroughly spraying my entire house, but I still feel the critters. I'm wondering whether I should immediately do it again, or whether I should leave it alone for at least a few days. I'm exhausted, so taking a break seems very appealing. But... well, you know the deal. :-)4) Any idea whether samento is safe for dogs? My poor pooch is constantly scratching. I think he's making the problem worse for me, but, more importantly, he's suffering, and I want desperately to give him some relief. I'll probably think of more questions as soon as I hit Send. But I'll leave it at this for now. Like I said, I'm Lysoling now, and I have samento on order (FedEx loves me these days...). I still need to find an LLMD in my area. Hi matt. Be sure to remember the baths showers and coconut oil in hair. It took me two weeks to get them from crawling even though I left the environment and all my stuff. They have lots of eggs. In your hair. On you leg hair. Ect. Just because you feel the crawlers on you tomorrow doesn't mean they came from your carpet. Hi Matt,

I hate saying this, but from your symptoms you are most likely dealing with mites. Are these creatures

trying to enter your orifices as well ? At least, this is what birdmites do:-(((

Not mine, no. I typically feel them on my legs; sometimes in my hair; and less frequently on my butt cheeks. My dog, however, tries to bite his butt orifice (sorry to be graphic) very regularly. I should add that, after Lysoling the entire house, I've felt a little relief. I still feel 'em, but I got more sleep last night than I've had in some time (probably five hours). I'm going to keep it up. The silver lining is that I'll soon have the cleanest-smelling house on the block. Very good, I am happy for you Matt. Maybe you are dealing with a different type of mite than I did,

or your dog is the main host and you are secondary only... who knows.

Most importantly you got some hours of sleep. So important. I could not sleep for about 8 months and

am now living a happy and healthy life again. Stills seams like a miracle.

Not mine, no. I typically feel them on my legs; sometimes in my hair; and less frequently on my butt cheeks. My dog, however, tries to bite his butt orifice (sorry to be graphic) very regularly.

After some Googling, I feel confident in giving Samento to my dog as well. Day 1 should start later today after FedEx / UPS comes.

I do have a few questions for you...

1) I'd love to believe that what I feel could be fungus, but I must admit that it seems far-fetched to me. What I feel can generally be described as 1) "skin crawling," and 2) sharp biting / pin pricks. I feel it much more in certain places (my car, bathrooms, etc.), too. Is this consistent with your experience?

2) Do you (or does anyone) know how fast mites *can* travel, I've often wondered this. And how about the fungus?

3) Any idea whether Lysol has any residual benefits? I just finished thoroughly spraying my entire house, but I still feel the critters. I'm wondering whether I should immediately do it again, or whether I should leave it alone for at least a few days. I'm exhausted, so taking a break seems very appealing. But... well, you know the deal. :-)

4) Any idea whether samento is safe for dogs? My poor pooch is constantly scratching. I think he's making the problem worse for me, but, more importantly, he's suffering, and I want desperately to give him some relief.

I'll probably think of more questions as soon as I hit Send. But I'll leave it at this for now. Like I said, I'm Lysoling now, and I have samento on order (FedEx loves me these days...). I still need to find an LLMD in my area. I don't recall who offered to help along those lines (I'm in NJ), but I'd love any pointers.

Hi Sally, I am so sorry that this fungus has had such a grip on you. How horrible. And how did you come across the Samento as a cure? And the Olive leaf powder. Matt, mites do hate sulfur, so I purchased this sulfur 8 medicated conditioner online (someone on the forum recommended it at the time). It is a thick paste I applied all over hair and scalp before going to bed and it helped me in getting some sleep. Much later I discovered that concentrated white vinegar diluted in water at a 60 : 40 ration, applied on hair and scalp twice a day, got rid of the mites up there once and for all.

You are absolutely right, the forum is heaven-sent !! Surely I would be 6 feet under without it ;-)

PCO "experts" will tell you anything to get your business. They suckered us into it too. It killed a few spiders from their treatments, but that was it. Hi Sally, I am so sorry that this fungus has had such a grip on you. How horrible. And how did you come across the Samento as a cure? And the Olive leaf powder. That is fascinating and yet, I have to say, horrifying. I know I have seen the black specks and black fungus and have prayed and prayed that it was not coming out of my skin. I just have hoped that it was on my skin and then falling off. But I know that it has gotten under my skin. I have found evidence of it attaching and burrowing into my skin. I was so terrified for her, especially now that she is pregnant. But they seem to be pretty healthy now that they have moved. I think we may be just seeing the tip of the iceberg here. Hi, Matt,I will answer your questions after each one.1) I'd love to believe that what I feel could be fungus, but I must

admit that it seems far-fetched to me. What I feel can generally be described as 1) "skin crawling," and 2) sharp biting / pin pricks. I feel it much more in certain places (my car, bathrooms, etc.), too. Is this consistent with your experience? *Your are describing EXACTLY what I felt. I got lesions at each spot. Had over 200 after 7 months of this. Dr. gave me alcyclovir as the same Herpes that causes cold sores was acting out on my skin. The lesions stopped. I know now it was the fungus that stirred the virus. I wasn't using olive leaf mud then so I don't know if the bugs caused the pain digging for the fungus or if the fungus was forcing its way out. During those days, bugs/mites were haunting me to the point of suicide. Stopping the lesions with the med helped. 2) Do you (or does anyone) know how fast mites *can* travel, I've often wondered this. And how about the fungus?I think its the fungus. It seems to be one fungus spreading. However, until I got the place really Lysoled, I noticed little bugs wrapped in fungus living in my apartment

and car. TLhey would come straight to me. Use to have to bat my hair and sweater when leaving car to get them out. Bugs love this fungus. 3. Any idea whether Lysol has any residual benefits? Seems this fungus sheds from us all over our environment and that rings the dinner bell for critters that like it. At one point, I spent 5 days in a row taking a Lysol bath. That is when I realized I had a fungus. First I felt sick, then I started feeling fine and the movement and stinging stopped. That's when the Dr. put me on antifungal for 41/2 month. But, we never knew the fungus made a biofilm or cables to protect itself. In the mean time, I hoped my fungus was gone and did nothing. After a treatment of albendazole for 10 days, as I told the Dr. I thought I might have a parasite, then all the the sudden all this biofilm pushed out of my skin. My body was covered but my legs and arms were the worst. Took 3 months with the olive leaf mud to get it off and finally find the fungus

underneath. 4) Any idea whether samento is safe for dogs? My poor pooch is constantly scratching. I think he's making the problem worse for me, but, more importantly, he's suffering, and I want desperately to give him some relief. Sally and Matt,I think so too. It could possibly be delivered by chemtrails. Fungus travels fast. I don't know if anyone can get a speed on it, but it does use all sorts of methods to communicate, as bacteria do. I've also thought this could be a combination organism which is GMO is (like part mite and part fungus).I believe Terry is right that this is a GMO fungus designed to kill bugs on plants.

Selsun Blue is good; I switched over a month ago to Miracle II soaps, but truthfully I don't think it does anything other than clean really well. Highly concentrated. I should add that, after Lysoling the entire house, I've felt a little relief. I still feel 'em, but I got more sleep last night than I've had in some time (probably five hours). I'm going to keep it up. The silver lining is that I'll soon have the cleanest-smelling house on the block.

Not mine, no. I typically feel them on my legs; sometimes in my hair; and less frequently on my butt cheeks. My dog, however, tries to bite his butt orifice (sorry to be graphic) very regularly.

After some Googling, I feel confident in giving Samento to my dog as well. Day 1 should start later today after FedEx / UPS comes.

Ah Gosh, you are making me blush ;>)

I absolutely agree that the people here have been the pioneers in this field.

Too bad that we are " in the field " testing it. It would be so much better if we

could review this from afar, but I guess we would not be so passionate about

finding solutions if we weren't also suffering from the effects of these

infestations.

Thanks for the concern regarding my daughter and son-in-law. I told them that

when they return from their honeymoon I will be smearing a paste on them. I

told them it was known to remove toxins. I didn't mention fungus or anything as

I did not want to worry them given the fact that my daughter is also pregnant.

I will try and locate the olive leaf powder. I don't think they have mentioned

itching, but I will ask. I guess the concept is that if you have this fungus in

your skin, the paste will force it to the surface right? Do you think it would

work on dogs? Do you make it a light kind of paste texture or thick? or runny?

I am an amateur with this.
