A great list! Thanks!!!!! Some people I know think buying organic cotton is silly, but it is against your skin and the skin breaths and takes in what is next to it. Organic non-GMO cotton is best. But after a nice conversation with a fellow sufferer many of these foods cross pollinate, so thanks to Monsanto many of the organic foods are now contaminated with GMO pollen.
