Question about blankets and bedding with mite infestation

Hello,

I have been following this group for quite a while and just recently subscribed

to it. I think I may have mite issues. I had that at my old house, but broke my

wrist and now I am friends house and it seems I've brought them here. I have

specks in the bed, crawling and stings. My question is what kind of blanket/bed

covers will stand up the rigorous washing in hot water and dryer that has to be

done as part of the protocol? Thank you so much.
