YUCK - Ensure.....

personally i think ensure it the grossest supplement drink around......... i

drink 6 glasses of Sustagen Hospital Formula a day........ it's still not

nice but not sickly sweet like ensure..................

maybe if i continue taking my enzymes i won't need the sustagen

eventually....... but at the moment i'm not exactly putting on any weight

no matter what i eat........ got up to a good weight after my NG episode but

now a few months later i've lost 7 kg.......oh well i guess it could be

worse

Now that you mention it, I bought some Ensure and Slim Fast to take to work

with me. Well, I got sick of them quick so they stayed in the fridge for

awhile. I went to pour them out and throw away the cans...and the SlimFast

had the grossest color! I don't know WHAT is in that stuff! (It was the

non-milk one) Ensure wasn't too bad. I guess you have to just stick with a

flavor you can handle!

LOL.... I have never tried it, but I got to the point where I hate Sustagen also. But it is good if you cannot eat cause it has so many nutritional supplements.
