Vacancy for the post of Project Officer, Modicare Foundation, New Delhi

The Modicare Foundation, a non profit organization based in Delhi and Mumbai,

works in the area of HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention.

One of our programs – `Ambassadors of Change' – works with adolescent boys and

girls, as we believe that they are the building blocks of a healthy and well

adjusted society. Over the past 4 years, the Foundation has worked with

adolescents on ` & shy;growing up concerns' and HIV/AIDS, using creative and

interactive methodologies. Our work has received positive responses from

students and the faculty, and we are proud to have pioneered behavior change

initiatives in some of the best schools in Delhi and Mumbai.

We are looking for young male facilitators for our Delhi office, who have had

experience working on HIV/AIDS and sexuality, and are interested in working with

adolescents on these issues.

Responsibilities:

Co-ordination with school authorities for sessions Conducting workshops on

Growing up concerns and HIV/AIDS with Public Schools Students.

Training of Trainers on adolescent issues.

Report writing

Candidate profile: Post Graduate in social work or social science with fluency

in English.

Minimum Exp: 1 year

Maximum Exp: 3 years

Location: Delhi

Salary: Rs. 8,000 to 10,000 per month
