As I said, yesterday I sent your email with Bre Bre's symptoms to my Dr contacts. Here is a reply from a neurosurgeon. At least it confirms your suspicions.

This is multi system illness but beyond that I don't know. From what the mother says they are looking in the right directions.

There is no clear evidence that the speech and motor difficulties are specifically neurological in origin.

Just have to let them investigate further.

I'd be happy to comment again when there is more precise information.
