The Foundation requires dynamic, experienced and committed personnel

for its various initiatives :

SENIOR COUNSELLORS FOR " DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE TREATMENT CENTRE "

Location - a. Hennur, Bangalore

b. Sikh Village,

Secunderabad, Hyderabad

Duration – ongoing

Responsibilities

Participate and oversee the entire treatment program of

psychotherapy/group & family therapy, individual counselling

including managing of therapy staff. Participate and conduct

capacity building for the staff on ongoing basis. Design and

implement relevant MIS with ability to conduct and produce minor

research. Ability to generate both quantative and qualitative

reports.

Qualification

M.Sc Psychology/ M.Phil with work experience of 3 years or more in

the field of Substance Abuse treatment and Counseling. Knowledge of

the 12-step AA/NA program is essential. High energy and dynamic with

willingness to travel. Working knowledge of HIV/AIDS Counselling

desirable.

Persons from a recovering background with 5 yrs experience in

running a treatment center may also apply.

COUNSELLORS FOR " DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE TREATMENT CENTRE "

Location - a. Hennur, Bangalore

b. Secunderabad

Duration – ongoing

Responsibilities

Conduct ongoing client centered therapy including case records.

Maintain detailed notes on all therapeutic sessions and other

relevant records.

Qualification

M.Sc Psychology with work experience of 2 years or more in the field

of Substance Abuse treatment and Counseling. Knowledge of the 12-

step AA/NA program is essential.

Persons from a recovering background with 3 yrs experience in

Counselling may also apply.

JUNIOR MEDICAL OFFICER FOR " HIV/AIDS CARE AND SUPPORT PROGRAM "

Location - a. Hennur, Bangalore

b. Bolarum, Secunderabad

Duration - ongoing

Responsibilities

Clinical management of HIV/AIDS on IP/OP basis including treatment

with anti-retro-virals.

Qualification

MBBS – work experience of 2 years or more in the same field. Team

player with commitment essential.
