I think its an excellent idea. >> What do you mean " FREAKY non chocolate lovers? " HUH?? LOL I happened to be a non chocolate person. Guest guest
Sure, we are very adaptable. People could just state their non-food or non-chocolate preference. Maybe some would enjoy a snail mail post card???? Aisha Elderwyn <aisha@...> wrote: "I like the idea but alot of people have diabetes and cannot have chocolate. Guest guest
"Anyone who wants to participate puts their name and address on the list. The first person sends a piece of chocolate to everyone on the list. Then they move their name to the bottom of the list and send the list to the second person on the list. The second person sends a piece to everyone, and so on. The first person could also write a note to the second and notes could be added by each successive participant. The note and list are the only things that are passed from person to person. " I like the idea but alot of people have diabetes and cannot have chocolate. Is there a way we could send something to those who either cannot or do not like chocolate? I have an idea. 2 to be exact... #1... since I have an ADDICTION to Godiva Chocolate... it would be nice to know how many of these truffles I need to buy... they are NOT inexpensive! But they are my favorite.... and since I talk about them all the time, I feel obligated to send them. So just don't make me go broke! #2... I know that most candy stores have sugar free candy too. So anyone with limitations on what they can and can't eat should put that next to their name & address. Like.... Bad Patient Poster Child 1234 Some Street Some City, in this State 12345 USA *eating restrictions... red dye, shellfish, Non-sugar substitutes **Send me sugar!!** That is my big idea! If you like it, GREAT! If you don't, well then ____________! Anne
Guest guest
Dear Woman of Multiple Names and Personalities: This reminds me of a recipe a woman from Australia sent me. First, everything was in grams and such, which is beyond me. Then, some of the ingredients had to be translated (like biscuits, jelly etc). We have things with those names but they wouldn't fit into the recipe she sent!!! ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME Aisha Elderwyn <aisha@...> wrote: There are sugar free lollies (I think you people call them sweets or candy??) that we could send to diabetics or freaky non chocolate lovers. I think its an excellent idea. I am sure most people would want their addresses kept private. I have a list of peoples addresses for emergency contact purposes (if you havent given my your details and want to please do). So I could just email the next person an address and their preference eg chocolate/non sugar/trinket etc ? Anne and Lee are onto it here! OK I'll make up a little form that people can post to me and we will get it rolling! Who is intersted in this? I think even just letters would be heaps of fun. Or little trinkets or $2 gifts etc. Anyone wanting to participate say ME ME ME ME ME ME ME ME !!!

( yep the diabetic begging for chocolate) :)Melinda Chocolate Chain Letter All right, what do you think of this: Anyone who wants to participate puts their name and address on the list. The first person sends a piece of chocolate to everyone on the list. Then they move their name to the bottom of the list and send the list to the second person on the list. The second person sends a piece to everyone, and so on. The first person could also write a note to the second and notes could be added by each successive participant.
