The Modicare Foundation is starting a project with the TRUCKERS in Gurgaon,

Haryana. Please note that all the positions are contractual and for a period of

one year only.

For its field office located in Gurgaon Haryana, the Foundation invites

applications for the following posts.

1. Full Time Coordinator – 1 position (male only)

The person should have a Master’s degree in social sciences (sociology,

psychology, social work, health management etc) and must have three years of

work experience in HIV/AIDS projects, preferably with truckers.

Remuneration: Rs. 10,000 per month consolidated

2. Part Time Doctors – 2 positions

Skin specialists with experience in STI/STD treatment are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of work experience in a similar

capacity.

Remuneration: Rs 6,000 per month consolidated

3. Senior Social Workers / Counselors – 2 positions (1 male for truckers

intervention and 1 female for sex workers)

The person should have a Master’s degree in social work with one to two years of

work experience in HIV/AIDS projects, preferably with truckers.

Remuneration: Rs. 8,000 per month consolidated

4. Staff Nurse / Clinical Attendant – 1 position (male only)

The person should have a diploma in nursing from a recognized institution and

have work experience of at least one year in STI clinics.

Remuneration: Rs. 3,700 per month consolidated

5. Outreach Workers – 5 positions (4 male and 1 female)

The person should have completed the 12th class or should be a graduate with

work experience of one to two years in HIV/AIDS projects, preferably with

truckers.

Remuneration: Rs. 4000 per month consolidated

6. Office Support Staff – 1 position

The person should have completed the 8th class and should have some work

experience in an office environment.

Remuneration: Rs. 3,700 per month consolidated

7. Accountant / Administration – 1 position

The person should be a commerce graduate and have accounting experience of at

least one year.

Remuneration: Rs. 4000 per month consolidated
