Guest guest
June, and I am humbled by yours. You are so sweet for caring for these children and doing what you can to see that they are taken care of. I hope it works out for them and they have happiness and stability in their future. I know if you have anything to do with it, they will. Site reactions occurred in 37% of people in the clinical trials of Enbrel. Most were in the first month, and after that they decreased. When I started Enbrel, I would get a site reaction at an old site after getting a new injection! It was mild and lasted a few days. It didn't last long, and now I rarely get any reactions or bruising at all. I hope it clears up. Did you ask your doctor if Benedryl cream will help? I hope you had a nice Christmas with your family. http://www.ebiocare.com/infocenter/consumer/medlib/enbrel.html http://www.healthandage.com/html/res/pdr/html/38630200.htm hugs, a [ ] Greetings and update First I would like to wish the best year ever to all you wonderful people that have become friends. a and ,you are both angels the way you take so much time in finding articles for us and have individually or together helped us all during some rough times and shared in our good times. I am very humbled by your friendship. I have been away from the computer because a young women with 3 children 6,10 and 12 passed away 3 weeks ago,and I have been, along with others, trying to help sort out the childrens future. Because the father is a known abuser,he is out of thepicture. We have arranged for each lawyer to represent each child's interest. They will be living with Tracey's parents but it is not a situation we feel comfortable about, however they are the only family these children have. Emotionally it has taken its toll on me. I have had my 4th Enbrel injection and think it is starting to help but terrible site reactions. Each site is red and very itchy. Welcome to any members that have joined in the last 3 weeks. You have found a safe haven, where we will listen. Tomorrow I will be having Christmas with my sons and families and am so very grateful that God has rewarded me so much. Guest guest
June, The girls are blessed to have so many guardian angels watching over them. Their future will be brighter with so many loving people around them. Your holidays sound marvelous, almost storybook. The fact that your Grandchildren love you so much reflects on the kind of person you are. I'm keeping my candle lit for you today. I hope Enbrel is starting to work for you and you continue to have less stiffness and pain. hugs, a [ ] Greetings and update Hi a, I truly believe that what I and my friends did to help the girls, any one of the members of this caring group would have done the same. How good it feels to do something for someone and I feel God was directing me every step of the way. We now have set up an emotional support group for the girls. My friend's daughter Tammy is the key figure as she is also named as a guardian and I know she will follow up closely to ensure the safety and happiness of the girls. We went to and Deb(eldest son) for dinner along with 18 other family members. I had not seen my grandsons since Thanksgiving and the four of them hugged me and held me for a long time and my heart swelled with happiness. How very blessed I am to be their Grandma. Our youngest one 17,hugged me and said,Grandma,I don't know how I could live if something happened to you.Somehow all the pain from the RA is nothing when I am loved so much by the boys. We played different games, ate lots of goodies and arrived home at 2am tired but very happy. I had my 5th injection and although I am not having miraculous results,I think I am not as sore and stiff in the morning. The site reactions are not as bad either.. Tomorrow I will be burning a prayer candle all day for each of you on the list, praying that the New Year brings some peace of mind and some painfree days for everyone.
