The headset is a talkpiece and earpiece(It goes over your head, like the ones the operators wear). It is connected by a cord to a small keypad. I've seen them at Best Buy(About & 20.00) and Walgreens($11.00) and even a Discount store. I don't know if there is a clip on they keypad to put on your clothes but it keeps you from having to hold the phone! I think I may have seen them at other places so they may be around different countries. I hope this helps someone!
