Hi guys,

Well the workman compensation company made me go to one of their doctors.

As with ever other time they try to make you hurt as much as possible. Now

I sit back and wait for him to write all his lies about me. He will get

paid to write a terrible report about me and how there is nothing wrong

with me. I hope I didn't make a mistake but he ask all that was wrong with

me and I said I had RA. I had never said anything before but the insurance

company knows I go to an Rheumatologist and have full access to my medical

records. So they may have know. I called my attorney to ask him and true

to form he didn't call back. My son said it doesn't' matter.

Doesn't change the fact that I got hurt at work 7 years ago. I have had

the RA 3 years maybe because of the neck injury. I just hate all this so

and I don't need it on top of the RA and stomach stuff. What there is

nothing I can do now but wait and see what he does.

Hope everybody has a good day,

Lynn

my mom is always worried that they will be outside taping me and always

caution me when i do things outside. but if something needs to be done. i do

it, come inside and lay around in pain. when i am gardening (or anything) i

keep it about 15 min intervals.not because i am afraid someone is watching

me, but because that is about all i can do. i can't afford to hire someone

all the time, my son can only do so much. no need to worry about what you

said, you can't change it. all i did was try to cooperate with them. good

luck. kathy in il

Hi Kathy,

I have been on WC for 7 years. They even sit outside my house and video

tape me. I hope I didn't make a mistake I didn't mean to mention the RA.

However, they can go into my medical records any time they want to, so

chances are they knew. They had to know the Dr., I go to is a

rheumatologist. I wish I would settle and get this over with but it just

drags on.

How are you feeling? It is damp here today so it will be an achy day.

Thanks for help,

Lynn

Lynn,

I didn't realize your work injury was so long ago. You've been dealing with

this for a long time.

I hope the visit wasn't to painful. It sounds like you case is very

complicated. I hope it gets

settled soon so you can put this behind you.

Hi a,

How are you feeling? I have been thinking about you. This WC thing has

me so worried. I don't know how it came out of my mouth that I had RA and

I know they could have known about it but I am worried. They could try and

say all that is wrong is from the RA. However, I have had the RA 3 years

and the neck injury 7 so maybe that is a good thing. I wish it would get

over with too. But it just drags on, I guess it will be over in God's own

time. I trust him to take care of everything.

Hope today is good for you.

Hugs,

Lynn

Kathy,

I haven't been able to garden in seven years. I was told not to do that

since they were outside my house, they would use it against me. I couldn't

garden more than fifteen minutes anyway it would be too painful. I miss it

though. I so pray we would settle, it has been seven years. And it has

been a horrible seven years. I make them angry because I go to school. If

my social security would go through I would settle in 60 days. I now

believe it will all happen when God knows it is the right time.

Hope you have a good day,

Lynn

Hi Kathy,

They are not always outside my house they come and go. It has been going

on for 7 years. I have been followed to school, the doctors, hospital,

even through Wal-mart. Probably, plenty of other places I just don't care

anymore because I am not dishonest. One time a lady came into my class at

school as an observer. When I wasn't in because I was in the hospital she

disappeared. I always thought she was from WC checking up on me. Which

means WC paid her to sit in a classroom even bought the book. I have never

seen her again so I can only guess what she was doing there.

Have a good day,

Lynn
