Guest guest
Hi Jan, Did it really seem to help to call the drug companies if you will. I have been divorced for a year and a half, still looking for that job I can do and really am running out of money. My fear is the first thing to go will be the meds. And of course paying all I do for rent there is little left, but hey figure why FL said I have to much $$ and can only get the medicare which does help to much. Just wondering today, thanks for your time. Guest guest
Sheri: I don't know if calling Aventis and getting their requirements will help. They are supposed to forward me some forms to complete. Like you, I have too much income (what a laugh). I know what you mean about letting the meds go. Some months I can't afford all of them, so I get what I can. I was babysitting for a 6 month old and a two year old but it got to be too much so I gave it up. Have you tried the medicine program? Some drug companies requirements will help with meds regardless of the income. I didn't have any luck with them but a lot of people have. Keep your chin up. People don't really understand how hard it is to manage on a limited income. Though my husband still works part-time, he does not contribute to my bills or my medicine. He was married before and my bills are mine and his money his, so it is hard sometimes. Try the Medicine Program you can download a form to send . You have to send $5 for each rx but supposedly they will refund that if you are denied medicine. Your doctor has to sign some paperwork but it would be worth a shot for you. Good luck.
