I use a small plate at dinner time and fill it up with whatever we are having and I never feel hungry afterwards. I also eat dessert but I take half of what I would normally have. Also getting back to the treadmill. I do 10 mins 3 times a day so it is not so hard on the ankles. I have about 15 Prednisone lbs I would like to get rid of.
